Lonely

Okay okay okay...so I complained a little bit about that mutt stealing my food...but I miss having company.

Mommy and Daddy were home ALL weekend with me (except when they left me a few times)...and that was REALLY nice, but today, I'm ALL alone and sad. Mommy found some pretty puppies for me to have for a playmate, but Daddy is hesitant to let me near anything that I can chew up - including a puppy.

I got in big fat trouble this weekend when I bit Grammy. Mommy said it was the first time I drew blood on someone and Daddy said he thinks it's because Grammy's skin isn't as thick as his leather skin. Either way, I'm very sorry for biting you Grammy and I still love you. (And my cookie...) Mommy was very upset with me for biting Grammy and she spanked me and made me sit in my cage by myself. I was not happy and Daddy was saying how sad I looked. I was sad. Really sad.

I sat outside on the porch this morning with Mommy and we played ball for a while. Mommy has started putting my food in this new dish and I don't like it. I can't get my nose in the corners and I want my plastic bowl back. It's more slanted and easier to eat out of.

I hope when Mommy and Daddy come home today that it isn't raining. While I love the rain, I hate the thunderstorms. And I really don't like getting my precious little fur wet. Mommy starts to get all weird about my smell (what???) and starts to dry me off when I come inside.

OOOOO! I got to take a NICE long car ride this weekend too. I really enjoyed it. I love car rides so much. They are definitely my favorite thing. Everytime Mommy and Daddy go outside, I run to the car to see if that's where we are going. I love taking car rides. Maybe Mommy can take me on a car ride tonight just around the block. I REALLY do love car rides!!!

Well, it's gloomy, so I think I'll spend the day napping and chewing on this yummie bone Mommy and Daddy gave me before they left.

Until the next time, keep your paws clean and keep your nose wet!!!!
